Property management

We are ex-London Metropolitan Police Officers, of long service and, as such, pride ourselves on being reliable, trust worthy professionals willing to undertake any number of tasks to assist you in managing your property when you cannot do so. We are experienced landlords ourselves and understand what you need from good property managers in your absence. So you can have the greatest confidence that we will provide you with a first rate honest service in management and maintenance of your property.

We know our word of mouth reputation counts for everything so we want you to be totally happy. We have lived locally in Calpe since August 2003 and have been in business since 2007.

We charge a fixed fee of 50€ every month for a retainer to hold your keys locally and to make regular security visits to your property within 20 minutes drive of Calpe.

Our full range of management services include many more things you may request e.g.:

• 24 hour call out
• Paying your Utility bills on time locally
• Regular home visits for security and property welfare checks
• House cleaning, change-overs and deep cleans
• Laundry service and “Welcome Packs” for guests
• House, gardening and pool regular maintenance and repairs
• 24 hour advice service for your tenants or holiday guests
• Personal chauffeuring and transport services
• Advice re problems arising from property ownership

Services required beyond our retainer monthly fee are priced upon an hourly rate of 15€ per hour Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm. Outside these hours our prices increase to 25€ per hour.
